All items are offered as-is, where is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Where testing has been performed, and where issues with the condition have been flagged by our pickers, we have included notes in the posts.
Payment of winning bid items must be made by Sunday, November 15 at 4:00 PM. We accept PayPal or cash payment at our facility upon pickup. All winning bidders must make arrangements to pick up items at our facility in West Springfield, Massachusetts by Wednesday, November 18 by 4:00 PM.
Please contact us FIRST to schedule your pick up so we can have your items staged and ready for you to pack out.
Items not paid for or picked up by the deadlines will effectively cancel the order.
IMPORTANT: Winners of bulk lots, pallet, and multi-pallet lots MUST pick up their ENTIRE purchase during their scheduled pickup time. We cannot accommodate multiple visits for your pick up so be sure to have a vehicle large enough to accommodate the entirety of your purchase in one loadout.
Any buyer who requires an additional visit to pick up won auction items will be charged for the warehouse help required, at our billable rate, for a two-hour minimum fee.
We can also make arrangements for local delivery of larger items, and curbside delivery of multi-pallet lots, for an additional cost. Please get in touch for details.
